Borno state governor, Hon. Kashim Shettima has on Thursday morning
condoled the family of his late commissioner for Environment Alhaji
Waziri Imam who died on Tuesday night.
The governor who visited the family in Mutawalli Kashim Imam's resident at Gombole road where some family and friends of the deceased converged to mourn him for seven days, expressed shock over the death and prayed for the repose of the soul of the deceased.
It could be recalled that Gov. Shettima cuts shorts his tour of southern
Borno as a mark of respect for deceased and has directed that all
government activities should be held in low key for at least 3 days
mourn the deceased.
